My name is Artyom Yatsun, I am 23 years old, and for the past four years, I have dedicated myself to my main passion — culinary arts. I began my journey by exploring various world cuisines: Indian, French, Italian, but Japanese cuisine has taken a special place in my heart. It is the one that taught me to delicately sense the balance of flavors, combine tradition with creativity, and see art in every detail.
